I normally don't go out but a mate is in town that normally isn't so we're going to catch up somewhere

MLB is the only one I've attended a game of and it was a fun day, NHL I literally cannot keep up with though used to love playing it with a mate on PlayStation

Basketball was the big one when I was in high school

I think I must be a bit older. When I was in school, people still looked at NBL as the high level. I was a big Darryl Pearce and Al Green fan.

In uni years, everyone was into the NBA.

That’s why sports like Soccer and Rugby Union are pretty dead in Australian sporting culture.

Hopefully AFL doesn’t become exclusively pay to view but it feels that way sometimes these days

Channel 7 used to show it on a few hours delay at 10pm Saturday nights. Then Ten got the rights, promising live coverage. After 2 weeks of it not rating, they moved them to midnight/1 am....

Back in the 90s.
