I also cited the algorithm earlier and also pointed out that the Gumbies continue to fly under the radar as reigning premiers . Falcon’s explanation about the algorithm was insightful.

But in truth, the Rats spent so much time getting disproportionately more sim success (both individual and team) that I don’t even blink when I see them listed

Despite open talks of a Bears/Gumbies merger when we played them, complete with theme song, they are very much still around

Based on their ratings of each other in the recent match thread , I don’t see a Gumbies /Phawks merger happening anytime soon
