I’m breaking an actual caffeine/sugar addiction and it aint easy, I was drinking 4 - 5 Dare iced coffees a day which equates to over 2 litres Not to mention about $100 a week.
I stopped smoking many years ago the same way just bang, threw them away and told myself as of today I am NOT a smoker.
