Hmm, interesting one. There's a statute of limitations of one week for penalties so while there was a clear minor breach three rounds ago, I can't quite justify making one stick from the last team sheet to this one.

Anybody in the committee is welcome to make a big deal about it though because I don't mind the little rush of blood.
