They said not to lift anything over 5kgs for 6 to 8 weeks, 6 weeks being the normal, he wanted me to and aim the 8 weeks. It's not hurting too much so hopefully it's going to go quick. Hurts enough to remind me I've had surgery though.

You had three gall bladders out this year?Sorry Demons, haven't been able to banter with you guys like I'd hoped had a medical emergency and had my gall bladder out third surgery this year. Fun times for me. lol. But I am sure it's going to be a cracking final.
