Most likely Reynolds wins this case tbh. Defamation laws favour the plaintiff in WA. Bennett is one of the best lawyers in Perth; doesn’t seem the type to take on a losing case.

Young also pointed to “confusing” evidence given by Reynolds’ partner, Robert Reid, who said her cardiologist warned “we might lose her” after she was diagnosed with cardiac issues during the “lying cow” reporting.
