I like the new ladder, however this is a few issues that do get to me that I can't unsee. The logo is one pixel higher than the name column, and the logo extends to different points in the column for each team, with the colour change between the logo and the gradient being quite jarring.
Would suggest the logo instead until finish into the gradient for a cleaner look
