Regarding the ladder, I would have thought that W/L ratio determines the positions when teams are even on wins. With a 80% W/L ratio the Bombers should still be at the head of the ladder when the other two teams have a W/L ratio of 66%. Percentage only comes into the equation if the W/L ratios are the same.
