I couldn’t think of anything more delicious than playing you in finals, but I don’t have emotions when it comes to cut throat scenarios. The algorithm says you ded = Demons undead…that’s the fastest and most humane way to end it because you know…Roys.

I literally made this same point to a podcast host this week when they announced Evil Dead 2 as part of their zombie series.

Wow, and I was just making stuff up!
To be fair it's easy to get hoodwinked by the term "deadites" in the Evil Dead franchise. And in those cases the demon's host(s) tend to die at some early point in the possession, so perhaps there's an argument that the boundaries are a bit fuzzy.

Just like the Mt Buller Demons if they make the finals - they will cark it in the early stages as a result of the damage from first contact. And if we meet them, their CHF ( probably cooney it often is ) will be kept - unlike the Evil Dead franchise - to a low possession count.
