10,11 and 18 is crazy overs for both. Baker to me is barely a pick 25 odd. He is a role player. You don't give pick 11 in a strong draft for that.

That's precisely the problem, we've paid overs multiple times in the past for good players that wanted to come to us and it bit us in the arse, so I think it's valid to be hesitant.
