Unbelievable that play has only just got underway! We have had no rain all day.

For Tassie's sake it may have been better to have stayed in the shed. Marsh out now, to George of course. If only some of SA's other bowlers had performed, 6 points would already be theirs.

Hopefully Bails steadies the ship and sees us to safety. Only 48 overs to be bowled today, which again is ludicrous considering we have daylight until 9pm.

Match called off.

This has to be the biggest joke ever. It hasn't rained all day. While very overcast, I have just been outside, and it is actually quite light despite the cloud cover. I guess no result was going to occur so the players probably used it as an excuse to hit the pub early, but I would have at least like to have seen if George Bailey could have made a ton.

Bit rough on George not getting the MOTM. In my opinion, a game where both teams make 350+ in their 1st dig and you have a bloke taking 11 wickets for 110odd, its a bit rough. Well done to Cowan however.

The 2 points, while better than nothing, don't really help Tassie at the moment, but I guess the comp has been pretty low scoring so far so I guess it keeps their head above water.

That's a disappointing end, was hoping George would get a few more wickets. Nice seeing Bailey back in the runs.
