time to return the traditional Richmond yellow
theyve only done about 4 sessions since 2023 training ended
Going to get belted this year.
reckon our training sessions this preseason have consisted of 2 hours of stretching and an hour of playing that cricket game with the wheelie bins. putting a lot of stock in the afl introducing elements of wheelie bin cricket to the game. i give it a 50/50 chance at best.
Certainly hope our training intensity ramps up
