Insurance brah. The Weapons been paid out and so has Hird. Last year.
Does insurance cover engaging in lewd and illegal doping programmes. Then youve got the can or worms that the WorkCover case opens for (ex) players to demonstrate that Essendon (and the AFL) provided an unsafe work environment for the players
If you settled a 7 figure sum for the weapon and if we ever quite figure out who actually paid for Hirdy's golden balls legal bills I guess that will give us some indication of the fall out...
Face facts your club is so far ****ed it is so delicious. Whether it happens next year, 5 years or a decade along the line the legal burden will eventually white ant the Essendon carcus from the inside out.
Whether you fold and reform quickly or if its a slow, slow burn the brutal reality is that the weak must make way for the strong
They're being paid in 2016...
Awesome. Who by? Can the players draw a salary from Essendon (or the AFL) as terms of their WADA breach? Wi
Will the ex players (like Spike , who could possibly forget 'vitamin' Spike) sue for lost earnings by sitting out of the system for a year. Or will it be the habitually weak Pady Ryder (golden balls words not mine) who has already raised public concerns about his futute health thanks to the shambolic doping programme.
Or it could be Kotchie who has already spoken about the fire sale nature of the Monfries trade...
Tick tock
