It's got nothing to do with length of time registered. Sinepri has been posting on drafts and trading all year, not like majority of people here for the one week sale. Surely if you've been here longer then 2 weeks you would have known that list management is discussed here.

Unlikely as the club would need to know how many (and what) draft picks it has and what it plans to use, versus promoting rookies.
