I still don't agree with you banning him from the SFA.

But, that convo is rather incriminating. From looking at it, it seems that Kerr has changed a few names around. The person that you should be after first is that Deazy person.
 
Well, as I've said on the SFA forum, if Deazy's on here, he'll be banned too.

I don't like doing this, in fact I'm annoyed that Kerry would be so stupid but if we just chuckle at him and let him off, then he's gotten off scot free.

Banning these turkeys is the only way they'll learn.

I just hope everyone reads this and ignores the little p**ck if he does come on here again. I've heard very little from him since I pm'ed him the MSN transcript.

He hasn't got off scot free. Most people in this forum and those associated with TakeForum will all know what Kerr did and will be the first to ridicule and follow him around making sure others know what he did.

I disagree with baning Kerr from the SFA because it is a conflict of interest and wrong use of power. Whatever happened at the other site should have no bearing on the running of competitions on this one and therefore Kerr should not be banned from the SFA.

The TakeForum incident has clouded your judgement on this. You are the "CEO" of the SFA and your job is to remain impartial and help to run the competition. Banning Kerr shows you have your own little agenda on all of this and that it is just a way to get back at him for doing something on another site.

That is an incorrect use of power.

I cant read all of that because I dont have a mouse Atm but after reading what FR sent me in a PM I noticed that Things were altered.

I find it funny that they only show the evidence that makes me seem in the wrong and not the part where I was sticking up for the forum.

Is it even Legal to post private Msn conversations on a public forum?
 
I spent like an hour telling the **** no, But no one cares about that.

Frankston, I didnt take part in the Hacking of the site therefore nothing illegal has been done on my part :thumbsu:

If you said at the start,"I want no part in this, goodbye." all this would've been avoided. Instead, you joined in. I've got the whole conversation and at no time did you ask this clown to stop.

Either you are incredibly stupid or you didn't care.

Ok, I am an admin. This is what happened.

Deazy told Sandyboy (who is known as Tom in the MSN convo on page 2) that he was goign to hack PFC (Kerr and SandyBoys's forum.)

Sandy asked me to talk to Deazy, as I have been an admin for close to a year on my site (TFFCL, the one that got hacked.) Deazy then said he would hack my forum, but to be honest I thought he was smart enough not to do it.

Deazy then managed to get into my MSN email address and then got onto my TFFCL profile. He also deleted all my MSN contacts.

13 months, 110,000 posts, 300 members. 8 teams.

Deazy not only deletes 65,000 posts to leave around 45,000 left, he also deleted my profile, and stuff around with the other 3 admins. The forum was shut down for 24 hours, and it took me and the three admins 2 hours to get it back up and running.

Many boards were deleted. We also have hard, solid evidence that shows that Deazy and Kerr were the ones who used our profiles such as MSN conversations, Deazy's confession and IP address'. For those who do not know what an IP is, its pretty much your internet connection.. on forums it is recorded so the admins can tell if two usernames post from the same internect conenction.

So simply, we lost hours upon hours, months upon months of work.
 
Well LJP likes playing with himself over at BC, there is no one else there! He and Kerr can play on and half your comp here will walk coz they are at TF idiot!
