I wonder why police shared that video of her residence in Underwood to social media?

It was something that her lawyer asked Police Media about at Ms. Harris’ recent case mention.

A journalist from the Courier Mail figured out the address from the footage, and door knocked the residence soon after Allanah was arrested.

IMO: It wouldn’t be hard for disgruntled members of the public to figure out the Underwood address and seek their own recompense for the money they donated to Go Fund me etc…If a Courier Mail journo can work it out from the arrest video, and make it to the doorstep in under 24 hours, the public could work it out too, if they wanted to.

Much like Erin Patterson (who also did not apply for bail iirc) Allanah Harris is potentially safer behind bars than in the community, I feel. IMHO

Although 10 News reported that she would be applying for bail later in the month. Interesting.

One of the things I found interesting was that the lawyer asked the police rep, why did the police release the footage of her being arrested?

Yeah, yeah, that was one of the first things that he mentioned. And I think even the representative said, you know, I don't know, I haven't even seen the footage. He seemed like he was unaware of it.

Her lawyer said to him, well, QPS put it on their social media page. Like, what do you mean you don't know about it? And it's circulating everywhere.

And he even quoted saying that it was unusual. That it had been posted.

I heard him say that. And then I also heard there was a reference to the Courier Mail that they had posted it. And then I think all the media galleries, certainly the people from the Courier Mail, had a little look and a smile to themselves going, yeah, we did that.

We obviously shared that vision yesterday. And you actually said when it was released, that was that unusual.

Yeah, it wasn't unusual for them to be sharing that.

I didn't think it was, but obviously it is, because the lawyer mentioned it[…]”

She didn't seek bail because she probably wouldn't have got it, the charges are really serious. Her lawyers, if they want to try again for bail need to prepare well for the application hearing.

It's not that unusual for police to release arrest footage.

Anybody who paid in to the Gofundme account, can make a claim and ask for their money back.

Who is the supporter of the influencer mum?

“She kept, throughout the proceedings, I saw at least three times, she looked over at this woman who, you know, we're not sure of the relation to them, but they obviously have a relationship of some kind. Kept looking to her and smiling.

I was watching a woman and her and the mum for quite some time before the magistrate walked in and watched the woman mouth, I love you, and then the mum smile back. And then the woman put her hand on her heart. And then the mum smiled again.

And then the magistrate entered the court and we all stood up. We'd already heard, you know, before anyone walked into the court that the lawyer was going to ask for an adjournment and he was talking about next Friday. So we were going to be back in court on Friday.”

Do you have a link or is this information from the podcast?
Here is a link explaining the girl was being treated at the Qld Children’s Hospital, and I would challenge anyone to find this link/video on a different platform.

10 News first

RE/ Brisbane Influencer torture case - I have found the video taken by the mum
of the EEG (Electroencephalography) monitor video of infant D that the lawyer Mathew Cuskelly reportedly requested from
the Police at the mother’s recent mention.

From the Podcast:

The second thing that he wanted to see was a video of the EEG machine. Now this was interesting. So when EEG is a medical device used to measure and record electrical activity on the brain. So to make sense, this is about the child, and there's allegedly a video that police have which make up their brief of evidence.”

Interesting that they <the hospital staff> had dad hold the baby for her EEG, and not the mum. There is a video of baby and dad in the right hand corner, and the remainder of the video shows her brain activity.

How fascinating that the accused mother has shared that level of detail with her followers. You can literally see her daughter’s brain waves dance across the screen. Surely if she was scamming everyone she would have known that there could be experts who could weigh in on the EEG video?

IMHO: if she is guilty of any of the crimes she’s been charged with, LH seems like a criminal that’s not too bright. She’s really running close the wind with this post.

Are these statements true, backed up by the hospital? Or did she make the whole thing up?
I think she’s made some of it up, but some aspects are true.

I wonder if the baby honestly did have 8 cardiac arrests and if so, did the dad bother to fact check the family posts or not?

Attached: Family update post saying the child had….

4 weeks in hospital
9 days in PICU
8 cardiac arrests
(I think this might be BS)
Now going into her first brain surgery

Dad is right there in the photo.

So he’s not under suspicion, according to police, but as far as I can see, he was right there through the main drama.

Some questions come to my mind.

Did he not have any responsibility to fact check his own family page to at least make sure the things documented as happening to his own daughter, moments that he was there for, were accurate?

His family actually started the Go Fund Me page that is the centre of the fraud charge on the mum, raising about $62000 AUD, so I would have expected he would have at least fact checked the family messages that were going out on his behalf.

All MOO

Again talking about the influencer’s court supporter. They blew kisses and said “I love you” in court, so we know there’s a special connection.

So whoever this is, it’s not the accused woman’s mum. I’ve seen a video of the maternal grandmother of the baby who has allegedly been poisoned and this ain’t her.

Also, this woman has scarred up areas on her arms. Have a look at her left arm.

What kind of medical condition causes this?

I think her solicitor only got the bail application paperwork as he walked into the court, and he requested an adjournment.

As you said, he will need to prepare well for the bail application hearing, and he didn’t really have time before that mention. IMO
