SOS New Coach!

While watching the game on saturday I heard Anthony "Duddo" Hudson ask SOS about coaching. Sos struggled when asked what he'd do and spluttered and mumbled along. Do you want a bloke who cant string five words together as your coach cos' he's clearly after Pagan's job. A great player but is he up to it? I think Jo must have put a rocket up his clacker, big money at stake.

Are you Carlton posters that shellshocked that you dont reply to a genuine question about your clubs future. Would you like SOS as coach or not, or now, would you prefer Ratten?

Please do not duplicate, there is already a thread on this with plenty of debate about SOS and Ratten so you should check that out instead of trying to get an unnecessary and unsuccesful bite out of Carlton supporters.

sos was my favourite player while i was growing up,

IMO he would make a very good assistant coach but I am not convinced the job as senior coach would be the best job for him.

having heard him speak about football I don't think he has that cutting edge about him to make it as a senior coach at AFL level. Also he hasn't coached a team for himself, he has always been an assistant.

it is preferable a coach has has some experience at coaching a sid eof his own before he takes on a senior coaching role at afl level.

I still think pagan is the right man for the job, but have no issue is ratten comes on board as an assistant coach as long as he is the best man for the job at the time.
