Are you talking about the smart play cup played between SANFL Development squads.

pretty sure i read in one of the papers that port adelaide (eyre peninsula) beat glenelg (south east) by a a goal or so in the country division grand final. it seems these two always battle it out, both have a great record over the last 10 yrs in this grade. was played as a curtain raiser. and i recon the city grand final will be this wk end, thats usually how it works.

i think sturt and north were 2 of the strongest teams in the metro comp

glenelg are playing north adelaide in the metro grand final in a couple of weeks. bays beat sturt by a goal in the semi's and north beat port by around 7 goals. (not sure if it was 7 exactly though).

yeah thats what the under 15 state champs are called now. it used to be the smartplay cup before it was camry crow cup and it started out as the samboy cup.

its already over except for the metro grand final but the players to look out for were probably a bloke called ronaldi from north, shannon snook from the bays, jarryd greenbank from south, matt broadbent from eagles went alrite and some guy with the last name of wooley who i dont know his first name from sturt as well went well, these are just a few that stood out for me but there were plenty others that deserved mentions there as well but thats just a few off the top of my head.

its at aami not this saturday but the next. its a curtain raiser for crows vs whoever they have that week

yeah i play for glenelg myself so i know the bays players fairly well. from glenelg ones to watch are mitch bosley, cameron devisser, corey mauger, trent spacie, shannon snook, ben pittard, pat browne, mark rusby, josh hicks and from north, there centre half forward i think is one of their standouts and the cptn from memory, i think hes number 1, theres ronaldi and another little bloke that looks exactly like him that plays in the midfield but i cant remember his name or number, they are a huge team with heaps of skills and will be bloody hard to beat

One division was much stronger than the other. West drew with North and just lost to Sturt.
Their full forward Martin will be a gun. The North Captain is also a very good player

Players to look out from North- David Norton, Dale Gentilcore and Sam Scudds
also look out for Matt hill, Justin Trinnie and Josh Kost from Norwood also Chris Menzel from Central's I play under 15s for Golden Grove and I was pretty unlucky because im in centrals zone and im not going to play for them ferals!!! Im waiting to move into port territory.

north beat glenelg in the metro grand final today by 5 points b4 the crows game noth didnt play very well but still got over the line

neither did the bays though, plus if glenelg had of been dicispline, and not giving free kicks down the ground, they would have rolled north by 3 or 4 goals

well maybe they should of learned to be discpline they cant balme others for there discpline

scudds is no good.. hes got no football brain what so eva.. from wot iv seen he doesnt use the ball very well but then agen iv only seen him play 2 games maybe they wernt his best
