Most WAFL coaches are local guys, and most AFLW coaches are too.

How the hell did they lure him over?

I know Souths are a very financially sound club but how does this happen?

He is a consultant. To me it sounds more like they will fly him over a couple of times a year to spend a week or two with the WAFLW program rather than being here in a full time capacity.
