Its good if you like blood, naked or semi naked bodies, torture and fighting, but if anyone reckons gladiators looked like these guys from the local gym , your kidding yourself, the time and the life is barely imaginable , even with special effects.
We would not last a second in those times. Not many did.

But I enjoyed it in bits and pieces, but it was pretty fake.
