Donikian was probably the biggest reason I stopped listening to the Daily Football Show podcast. He is insufferable in constantly talking over others - including other guests who he'd ask a question to, then talk over them to give his own opinion on the question.

George has appeared periodically on the station the last few years. Considering staffi's contribution, it's amusing to know he's appeared on EON.

What's wrong with John Mangos?

Speaking of EON. There was a couple of good hours of banter between Hillier and Ro Co today. Which included Ro Co saying he listened to EON, FM rock station. Hillier replied with "You're one of the three, were you?"

Edit: just noticed that there was a bit of oomph in Garry's latest promo for the breakfast show.

Yeah, i liked it. Incidentally, on the off chance you were wondering, Status Quo did have one hit in the U.S. which, interestingly, was their first single, Pictures of Matchstick Men. :thumbsu:

They started as a psychedelic pop band, and after their 2nd album flopped, they totally changed their sound and look

smokey dawson, please leave.

and ah, as i say that handscomb plays and misses. Don't do that to uncle smokey boy. Play straight down the line.

Rarely listen these days. SEN has lost the plot and lots of listeners.

For me it started when they moved Harf around, when Rita and Richo moved on, no more casual fridays...

....when they allow a host of a show to abuse listeners who have a different opinion, allow that same host to swear on radio, telling people to pee off (not the word used) call them w.a.n.kers etc..

..then there was that same hosts disgusting tirade against me personally....when others have said much worse about him on this forum.

The overnight show has gone from bad to worse also imo.......and now they have got Gary Lyon back, he mumbled his way through last time he was on the brekky show, this time won't be any different, plus he has lost a lot of support due to the Brownless fiasco.

..anyway, I loved this radio station, never listened to anything else, still don't.......but I don't listen to SEN now either unfortunately.

Management should be concerned.....but then I wonder if they really know how we feel, or if they even care.

Just back from Holidays, 1st voice I heard was Dawson, he's a bumbling idiot. Heard Hillier interviewing former Aussie cricketer Peter Taylor and it was very enjoyable.

I was in the car at a similar time. They get an update from Dawson - "it's raining, no update." So 15 minutes later they get another update and the self absorbed full starts shouting commentary down the line of "Dawson" smashing a boundary off the bowling of "Hillier."

For ****s sake

Listened to a podcast for 30 mins instead, then caught the end of what sounded like a good Peter Taylor interview. I'd be thrilled if I never heard Dawson again.

It's not hard. All she does is have a crack at Finey, don't listen to him then.

to be fair you complain about schebecci, 4 diegos and other football personalities on the station. somehow you seem to hear them whenever they're on.
