Squeaker Stevenson - Surrey Hills 1980s

Hi all, as a young bloke I remember watching no.1 play for Surrey Hills in the 1980s his name was ""Squeaker" Stevenson. Played CHF and FF. An absolute gun.

I'm trying to remember his first name. Anyone here that can assist?

Peter Stevenson.I used to watch Camberwell Football Club in the 70,s and he played there late 70,s.A very good forward but usually played CHF as another player I loved watching Gary Happy Hammond was the full forward.Both very talented and Hammond was one of the best high marks I have seen.I think Stevenson did try out at VFL (Melbourne) and Hammond( Hawthorn).If Hammond was a bit taller and had a bigger body could have made it at Hawthorn.From memory I think some other Camberwell players also played at Surrey Hills as well. From that era at Camberwell Tony Rocket Andrews and Peter Dungan played at Mitcham,Colin Judd South Croydon,Billy Harrop Lilydale and Simon Rourke Heathmont (coach there not sure about playing)Simon,s brother who also played at Camberwell has coached in the Canberra and QFL competitions for a long period of time with success and I think coaching Labrador this season.Chris did play at Surrey Hills.
