Yep I have no idea where that myth came from. It's like someone just decided that because he's not Darcy Moore that he's slow. Defending is more about strength and smarts over your opponent and McCartin has that in spades. (And this is after one pre-season training in defence. He will only learn his craft more with each year that passes.)
