Been a lot of patches fixing what everyone hated about the initial release.
Will we see a Cyberpunk style redemption story or is it still bad? I love me some modern Assassin's Creed and Far Cry. And OG trilogy Star Wars, but I haven't played this yet.

I just finished it, I certainly wouldn't say it's bad. Doesn't blow you away, but it's worth a play still. Has a couple of cool tie-ins, mostly in Tatooine.
Not sure I can be bothered going for Platinum though. There's a few really annoying things and the loot collection is tedious. I really hate negative-based trophies. Ie. Kill x while at low health or Have a really bad reputation with a Syndicate. Things that require you to play like shit to achieve.

It's a good little bit of fun. They haven't reinvented the wheel or anything but I really enjoyed it.
The spaceship battle gameplay is really underrated IMO.
