Who cares, move on people. Hopefully stock will arrive at EB tomorrow so i can get my preorder and piss away my Sunday afternoon/Evening.

Not many options where i live so i wasted half an hour looking. That said I ended up buying $25 worth of easter eggs just to try and win a 6kg Cadbury egg lol. Day well spent

I never said i deserved it more than others. I said i deserved to get to play a big launch before everyone else for once, as i am always the one selling it all day then go home to a wife and kid and then too tired to play it properly, while everyone sits at home and gets to play a game

I deserve it no more and no less than anyone else. But i paid for it. I haven't stolen it (or r*ped any children, kicked a cat or anything else)

Yep, i did it to benefit my business. Again, whats wrong with that? My job is to be as succesful as possible, so why would i not try to stop it being sold when i do not have the stock to sell?

And, as everyone else has said. No one else on this forum would have returned it after getting the receipt and sending it off. Don't take the moral high ground on this one. EVERYONE here would have done exactly what i have done. Taken it home and played it

This is the last i'll say of last nights events

I can't believe there are still only 9 people on the leaderboards. Thought heaps would have got it today.
Maybe they just not jumping online?

Just trying to get the 5 goals in a match achievemtn, Tippo kicks 4 in the first qtr and then couldn't snag another one. Did get the poster achievemnet in the 4th with him though :(

No deliveries on Sunday with EB sorry

Wish it did, my stock is in the receiving screen and no longer in the coming soon screen

Not sure when it'll arrive as our delivery guys didn't riock up on Fri with our normal stuff, might be a day behind :mad:

Damn that's disappointing. Have you lost many preorders due to the early release thus far?

I could have sworn one of your later posts after dealing with a lot of shit from the haters said something along the lines of you should be playing it earlier? My mistake then.

My only issue is that, although no one would have returned it (including myself), you were the only one against it. If you weren't against the release date being broken like everyone else, then I wouldn't find a problem (it only takes the slightest bit of hypocrisy to set me off).

As for the achievements, you can just be a dog and change it to 10+ minute quarters or something.

glenno would have any idea if any other store would get stock sunday?

heres what i posted earlier:

called eb point cook about couple hours ago. theres a chance that they will stock up tomorrow and will sell until closing time which he said is 6.

i really doubt this due to it being a sunday and all but i will give them a call tomorrow morning and see whats happening. maybe head office has given the go ahead?


do you think this is possible?

I should jump online tomorrow, just haven't been bothered re-activating my XBOX Live.
 
According to the EB site they close at 4pm on Sundays so I'm gunna have to wait till Monday

Well perhaps they need to realise it's just a few days and at the end of the day it's just a game. :D

We will all be playing it this time next week anyway
