Rabbit im told its about a 50/50 chance out of staying at Mildura or finishing his career at wenty where he has coached a flag. I know the wenty boys are keen to get him there.

How about 33% of who ever offers the most coin, 33% of who's more likely to win a flag, and 33% of playing at the rest of the clubs not in this bracket.

Clint seemed to be fairly descent guy wats he done that caused lot of ruckuss on here, i mean so he got coachin offer somewhere else and is trying get blokes to come with him that game has been played ever since its started.....

Havent been on here for a few years not much has changed these sites r still full of lies i see and also there is no mass exodus, the footy club is the best its been for a long time we have a gr8 culture as we got rid of certain disruptions a couple of years back.

Why don't a few of the BigFooty members who continually have a go at the SFL about everything that happens in local footy, ask the people who administer the game.

The only thing that has been mentioned is the GF Venue, a little defensive aren't we.
The league has clearly done a great job with the finances to turn things around but there is no doubt the GF need to be played at No.1. You can put up excuses why it can't but they are just that...excuses. If you can get Irymple up to scratch then how about spending the $'s on the Showcase oval that the majority of players and spectators alike would prefer!!!
Skeeterman, be fairdinkum, have a look at No 1 Oval and be honest. How many public toilets are there? Irymple's ground has one in each corner of the reserve, how far do you walk to a toilet at No 1 ? Or do you piss behind the nearest vehicle ? Ground condition, did you see it after the Show? They played Polo on it and ran hundreds of jumping horses on it.
Would you like to play on a surface after that treatment, and then the Show people top dressed it with red loam full of rocks, surely you must have heard Geoff Lucas going off his **** about the ground condition.
Don't tell me you can see the footy better standing on the trotting track, and as for cars around the ground, have a good look at how many actually have people in them, you may be surprised.
Let's hope that Council do the re-construction at No 1 Oval and build the Mildura South Sports Complex sooner rather than later.

Catguts u obviously know your footy and your grounds by far the best post on this site this year.
Further more to that as soon as the new complex is built that is where the finals will be played every1 knows that. But until that day im sure the SFL will continue to use the most cost effective venue.

I may not be any grounds expert, but i have played in finals at both venues and surface wise there is not much difference between No 1 and Irymple, in fact this year I pulled up alot worse after playing out at Irymple then I did at No 1. And also in my experiences the atmosphere is better at No 1.
