Looks like its come along quicker than expected. 
I imagine he's been in full training for a while just minus the contact. Shouldn't have lost his skills or fitness.

Maybe coming along a lot quicker because we are in need of more fit players ...?Looks like its come along quicker than expected.
I imagine he's been in full training for a while just minus the contact. Shouldn't have lost his skills or fitness.

Monday was a public holiday, right? So the places the players get scans are at are shut. Thus they will get them today (Tuesday) and be assessed Wednesday and then released; just a day later than normal. This is quite standard for all Monday public holidays IIRC.
i don't maybe only Lyons, but i hope there is no one

Think they'll be checking May , Barlow and Lyons. Lyons game at weekend was way below par. Not saying he has an injury but he certainly wasn't himself...
Holman put up a video on his insta of the boys in rehab, with Lynch, Fiorini, Lonergan and Barlow in there as well as Wigg

Think Lyons was there as well that's why I said could be some bad news coming tomorrow in the injury update

Yeah I reckon that’s him. Obviously the issue isn’t a surgery thing If he is already in there. Surely Brodie gets a game now would be the positive. Fingers crossed for Lyons it’s one of those “he will be rested till the bye” scenarios.
I watched the video 5 times and I am 100% sure that is one of the staff and not Jarryd

Yeah I just watched it as well , pretty sure it’s not Lyons , looks a lot smaller in arms than Lyons but not sure who it is.

Gold Coast midfielders Brayden Fiorini and Jesse Lonergan will miss at least the next month of football after undergoing scans last week.
General Manager – Football Operations, Jon Haines, provided an update on their rehabilitation process in the Alpha Sport Injury Update, with both players expected to return in the weeks after the SUNS’ Round 10 bye.
Fiorini’s leg injury is a blow, with the 20-year-old having played the first six games of the season and proving to be a key part of the midfield unit under Stuart Dew.
“Brayden has experienced an edema in his lower left leg so we’re really glad we’ve identified it early and he’ll be going through a 4-6 week rehabilitation period,” Haines said.
“The first few weeks will be off legs and in a moon boot, but after that he should be able to get back into some work and hopefully early after the bye he will be back playing again.”
Lonergan’s knee injury is a similar issue to SUNS Captain Tom Lynch, with the two expected to spend their time in rehab together.
“(He’ll spend) a similar time in the rehabilitation group – around that 4-6 week period.
“He’ll work through that with Tom and look to be back after the bye.”
Experienced midfielder Michael Barlow was withdrawn from Gold Coast’s NEAFL team on Saturday, having suffered soreness in his lower leg.
“Off the back of the injury last year where he broke his leg, we wanted to take a really conservative approach with that.
“He missed last week but will be a test today and we’re really confident that it’s been identified early.
“The medical advice is that it is relatively minor and knowing the type of personality and competitive instinct that Mick has, he’ll be looking to get back to play as soon as he can.”
The SUNS could receive a boost to their key position stocks this weekend, with captain Steven May listed as a test ahead of the game.
“Maysie is a strong chance, he just has to get through training today.
“The finger has recovered really well from the infection and subject to how he goes today, he should be ok.”
