Gonna happen. Devon Smith had a solid pre-season and can put out 80+ scores imo, its just when and is the bench player that solid?

For the most part you’re right, but looking at Morris and Bouman, I can’t see any big scores, their playing style probably isn’t going to allow it. Too defensive, not bad for Richmond or Hawthorn, but not good for SC. Won’t make any hasty decisions yet, but I think I may regret taking the punt on both of them.

Ledger out before the season has started, I thought the unlimited trades until lockout was supposed to counter that from happening. ie- the shaw bungle last year. Should have done a partial lockout before every game in round 1, then the reverse trade thing from then on.

I'd say Zaha would be better in the long run, and the extra 40k in price reflects this. Sidebottom should be able to improve, especially when Collingwood are winning, but I never had him pencilled down for a 100 point average.

i rate zaka and he should be able to score higher than he did yesterday, but i was actually thinking about keeping an eye on ryder for a few rounds.

I guess my one regret would have to be helping my girlfriend make a team, only to have her team do a lot better than my team I tried to talk her out of Pendles and I did talk her out of Rioli.. She'll never let it go

Haha. Exactly this for me! She showed me her team (her 2nd year playing sc) and about 10 of her players weren't playing... Gave her a couple of suggestions and then she beat me by 200 points (had 2250 odd). Was a long Sunday night listening to her banter...

traded out pendlebury for swan about 4 sec before lockout to give me spare cash in case a rookie went pear shape..... should have left in.

hindsight is a great thing and all i was hoping for during the game was for pendlebury to get an injury..... is that worng

Lake = Spud ( knew I should've taken Hargraves, Dempsey, Golby)

Sidebottom ( so overated ) , always knew Rockliff was a better player.

Normally he would have kicked 2.1 or perhaps 3.0. You would take 23 touches and a couple of goals for a 90-95ish, im giving him another week or two. Your right, Rockliff is better though.

I'm still backing Coniglio & Scotland, Broughton hopefully can get more midfield time.

Not happy with Morris, and as has been said he doesn't look like he will improve. Enright was terrible for a premium, just hoping it was an aberration!
