Its an absoloute joke, surely it cant be hard and take that long. Just abit lazy IMO and thats not good enough.

I was told the same thing, mid-March. Nothing has arrived yet. I was going to call the club yesterday, but thought i'd see if there was any info on the website about it first.

Another delay,

"Please note due to the overwhelming demand we have currently exhausted stock for these packs.

New stock is due to arrive late April and your 2011 Official Side by Side Supporter Kit will be mailed to you as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and understanding."

I got mine last week... Got an XL shirt even though I ordered a medium... Cheers CollingwoodFC!!!

Still waiting on mine but I got an email last week (after emailing them) telling me it would be sent in the next ten days. Pretty poor since I was told earlier that it would be mid March. They need to get a bit more professional I reckon.

If they do that to me they can send me a stamped self addressed envelope so I can send it back and they can send me the right size or give my money back. That's just plain wrong!

Went on the website to confirm my order number and guess what.... You can't order size 'M' or 'L'. I reckon they ran out so just decided to send out the next biggest size which unfortunately for me, is about 3 times too big... :thumbsdown:

Then they should be happy to refund your money and cop some heat for selling what they can't deliver. I also ordered 'L' and if I get a shirt that doesn't fit then I'll be asking for a refund. I didn't buy it as a charity donation!
 
They do provide refunds and exchanges you just have to mail back or go to the westpac centre

Sure the mistakes are annoying but i don't know maybe take your complaint/problem to the club so they can fix it?
 
Just got an email/sms from the club saying they expect delivery in the next 2-3 days and they they will be mailed out as soon as they receive them.

Why would they go back?

They have an overwhelming response to this first up offer.

I would say as many as 70% of the members have taken up the $40 offer (or at least part of it), and this has surprised the club who obviously didn't expect such a huge response.

There's no way they will "scrap it" next year, but they will be better prepared and hopefully pre order a lot more stock then they did this year.

And yes, I'm still waiting for my supporter pack to come also, got the SMS, but I'm not expecting it before ANZAC Day.:(
 
I am in the same position as many of you. Ordered the supporter pack on the 16th Feb and today at 11:43am i receive an email to say they are out of stock and not due for another 2-3 weeks (in other words at least another month away yet). I mean for god sakes, we are talking a shirt, cap and scarfe, products other clubs get for free with their memberships (well at least the caps and scarves). And in addition our memberships are by far the most expensive in the comp.
For some reason everytime i think of the administration of Collingwood FC i think of the Victorian Government. Not at all sure why! :)

Yeah got the same text, expecting my supporter pack by round 12 now.;)
 
I ordered mine in mid feb and have received about 2 text messages from the club since then saying it will be another 2 weeks (the last message was on the 7/4/11)! By the time I get it the shirt will be at least 2 sizes too small for me and my head wont be able to fit in the cap :p
 
I just want my stuff to be honest.

Matty, 70% of members taking up this option? Seriously? Have you seen the lack of members hats being worn? FFS North Melbourne looked like they had more members than us.
 
Finally, got my pack in the mail today, and to top it off, they sent me 2 lots of everything, just to finalise the fact that the whole process has been a joke, and made the club look very poor in the eyes of it's most fervent supporters.

Just in time for ANZAC day though, we beat em by 98 last time (rd 20 last year), something similar would suffice this week.:thumbsu:
