DRAFT UPDATE: 7 more picks left in the draft. 10 more players to be picked. What's that? 3 players not selected in the draft.

So here's how we are resolve this issue. The three remaining players will go to free agency, that means that they will be able to negotiate their own signing. This can be argued and bartered within this thread.
The one limitation. teams can only sign one player. This will result in 3 teams having 13 players, and 3 teams having 14 players.

i asked i was aware of this they said the minimum was 13 and max and im good to sign others but im going to stop at 15 as well have 1-3 players whos activity may not be the best

There is a limit to the number of players you can pick from the draft. Teams are only able to pick 1 of the remaining, Free Agents available.

However beyond that, it’s a free market, and you can recruit whoever you want

Yes. Equitable distribution of the initial draft pool.
This was done and arranged so that teams would presumably have enough players to help with their performance in the sim
