Bonz has also posted a 16 scoring shot game with 11.5. Haven’t dug much further into it.

Yes.
Mooch was the previous record holder- 12.3 (75).

Considering high team scores were more prevalent in the very early seasons (prior some normalisation tweaks of the Sim), these hauls are even more notable than the early ones and in fact makes the 12.1 kicked by Red Baron potentially equate to a mere 9-goal bag if converted to this era.
