SYD- Engine Failure & Grassfire

A plane has returned to SYD airport today after experiencing a takeoff engine failure. Around the same time a grass fire broke out next to the runway.

Thankfully the plane landed safely but there are cancellations & delays consequently. So if you’re travelling to/ from SYD today, please be aware.
