I wouldn't guess that the Lions have 200,000 more supporters than the Tigers.Say what you want about the poll's questionable credibility, but the actual results are pretty much how you'd guess it to be, it isn't worth getting angry over.

I suspect the issue here is that most Richmond supporters don't own telephones and thus cannot be contacted for this important research.

Somehow the Tigers have apparently lost 50,000 fans.
Manchester United used a similar polling methodology a few years ago to determine how many fans they had. They concluded that they had 1.1 billion fans or 1 in 7 of all people on Earth at the time. Bulletproof research.
