IMO if Mills/Parker can do a number on Merrett I feel like we can really shut down their slick ball movement, lead-up marking game. Make it a scrap and I don't think they have the hardness or intensity to go with us.

But as per if it's close at 3QT we'll be in trouble.

Never thought I’d say it but I feel a small amount of sympathy for Donnie fans. They had to put up with Sheedy for decades as a coach and while he got four Premierships he burnt through some fantastic lists. Since then the fans have had to put up with a heap more back stabbing than any other Club as well as the dab and jab era.

I must say I never enjoyed trekking out to Windy Hill in the 60s-80s and I truly despised them. BUT now I feel sorry for the fans but not the Club. By the same token I still despise Norf, Stains and CarlCrims and their respective fans.

That's only been Clarke, because it's a dumb sub selection to begin with. He's good for a tagging role in our fwd line, but unless Wicks goes down, what's the point?

Stephens might only be mediocre at the moment, but at least you can plug him in around the ground to provide relief for others. Plus there's the off chance he shows something new or gets back to 2022 form, we already know what Clarke can provide.
