Rutherglen is a great club, VB has them trending in the right direction.

U can say that but it’s tough to see as of right now the amount of players who have signed for another year Instead of the amount of new signings Rutherglen have had what’s even sadder is only one junior from Rutherglen has stepped up that young Colvin kid and due to his lack of size don’t see him or Rutherglen doing much next year

Name them Mr know all
Wahgunyah are offering big coin to some of the younger blokes from around the leagues a few corowa and Cdhbu boys in the mi

Really not interested in a slanging match between Wahgunyah and the Cats so not sure what your agenda is.
I think most here would agree that Rutherglen will get better and are a chance to play finals while the Lions will be holding everyone up again.

most would agree Rutherglen will be holding everything up due to the fact that they have no depth in there older under 17s side who can step up what happens when they lose players due to injury have there 70 year old club president playing 2s and picking up people from the crowd at least wahgunyah have the decency to forfeit instead of hosting a team of 50 year old just have a look at there round 16 and 17 sides this year

I hear a few of the 17s boys are leaving Rutherglen and going to Corowa because they don’t like the 3rds coach Scott Francis

“Have the decency to forfeit” that would take the cake for one of the dumbest things I’ve ever read on Bigfooty 😂 do you understand what the effect of a forfeit has on the opposition clubs especially if it’s their home game? Loss of canteen and bar sales which are two of the biggest money makers for country football clubs.

If that’s your theory on reserve grade football that a club should just forfeit instead of getting a team together that may include old men, or blokes who shouldn’t be playing football Wahgunyah should’ve forfeited their senior games the last 5 years champ 😂 😂 been an absolute disgrace with some of the specimens who’ve ran out and played senior football. You idiot
