I think we’re taking any substantial international link. In my head I think you qualify :)

I've previously captained the Allies and won the SoO with them. I'll stick with them.

That looks amazing!
Adding to places Id like to go list.

Unfortunately that list is growing far faster than my capabilities to go places. World travel bans aren't helping either
Well, you would be able to stay here, and we would go together. Costs would go down: plane to Buenos Aires; bus to Paso de Los Libres; then, GremioPower Tourism Inc.

This is where it will fall apart if you start accepting very tenuous links to overseas you will lose credibility.

We are accepting PROPOSALS. If the person QUALIFIES, that’s another issue entirely.

For instance, seven consecutive years living abroad should qualify.

this is a very enticing offer.
The usual restrictions of time and money apply, but a local tour guide would be amazing. Get the proper experience!

You are not allowed to go to Tonga.

Sorry.

Lol, been a couple times playing rugby.

great place.

I prefer Samoa, but Tonga is great.
You are not allowed to go to Samoa either.

Not close, but nor far either. And there are great places in-between!

Let's see whether the Overseas can field a team for Series XVII.

Six teams make a better tournament than 5!

Ive mentioned this before - we need the Committee to reallocate people from other teams to the Overseas team to make this happen. This won’t work if we’re only relying on new people, and not many people will move from their initial SOO allocation.

It doesn't make sense players to be forbidden of joining a new team. The non-transfer rule should work only for the already existing sides.

For instance, a player cannot change from Vic Metro to the Allies. That's fair, because those 2 teams have participated in previous SoO Series.

Now, if a new team joins the competition, that's an option players didn't have before. Hence, they should be free to join the new side, if they want to or have the right to do so.
