Teams with the most Aboriginal players...

As was said in another thread Fremantle seem to have the most Aboriginal players on their list just in front of Port Adelaide. But how many Aboriginal players are in each team (inlucding rookies if you like).
For Collingwood there's three: Leon Davis, Richard Cole and Chris Egan.
