My thoughts exactly. They just can't leave well enough alone when there's maybe more money on the table.
Yeah and there was perhaps too much closure for a lot of characters to be able to fire this up again.
Ahhh it seems Ted and Beard learnt a lot of things about England compared to the US; hopefully one of those is the "leave them wanting more" being better than "flog that dead horse with shitloads of episodes"

100% was about to type this too.
Season 1 and 2 were top shelf, season 3 just lacked the same heart and magic for me though.

Seems like he's almost going to be pressured into it based off the excitement it's generated. Can't really do it without him.

Finale was pretty tacky but wrapped everything up, this is just weird.
It could work if they add a new dimension to it. Perhaps English people being the fish out of water in Kansas. Stories about co parenting.
But I don't know, TL was something special and there is a real risk of them ruining that.

If they were to focus on a women's team, the Keely character would be best used for stories/issues surrounding the particular things women face from social media I recon. In general her strength was business nous and one-on-one relationships, rather than broader coaching/managerial.

Tbf, I don’t know what to make of this. It’s like bringing back TL for a season 4 and trying to replicate the charm of season 1 and 2 when season 3 couldn’t even do that. This has the potential to be a disaster. Three seasons of any show isn’t even that long, but this is one of those shows where I am leaning towards wishing three seasons was the end, like the original plan.
