I've been trying to get someone to teach me PhotoShop Elements 11 for some time now. No luck.

To be fair elements isn't meant to be for jumpers. Plus no one would use it here. Mainly Photoshop would be the preference.

Don't even bother, Elements doesn't allow layer sets a.k.a. folders, you'll be stuffed before you even start.

Pretty much. You could also add side panels if you wanted.

Yeah i've tried. Thats when i noticed that it was working

Your template will look 10000x times better if you do. Have you tried a restart of Ps or your computer?
