Keeping Moore and Mitchell is good. I don't think they'll ever become regular AFL players, but we need midfield depth. Forget their age for a moment - we've drafted talls for 2/3 years now, so that's why they're on our list still. They know our game plan.

I can understand why he's been delisted but I would have loved to have seen him being given at least one more year, even as a rookie.

So we find ourselves going in to 2016, a year we want to get our top 4 and premiership chance campaign back on track, with no mature ruck depth, and only 1 mature KPF depth, less if Schulz goes.

You'd think one or two out of Redden, Shaw, and Harvey will get rookied/redrafted if available. Unless we've got some replacements lined up it's a big call getting rid of all those guys at the same time considering who it leaves us with.

Harvey's second half of the year for the Magpies was really poor and cost him big time. Mid season someone close to him told one of my best mates he was getting good feedback from Kenny and Buddha about his efforts and his future. Its gone Pear shaped since early June.

There's always a smokey especially from a top 4 side where a player may be 23-27 on a list eg Craig Bird at the Swans,

With the axe swinging so heavily it makes even less sense to have not upgraded Krak. We are going to need some currency to get Dixon (and potentially others if people are right) over the line. So it will just be more 3rd / 4th round picks.
