How good was Philippoussis wearing the Australian ODI kit in the Davis Cup.
Man i forgot Ivan Lendl's hat! Imagine Federer rocking that todayThey also produced stuff like this for Ivan Lendl in the early 90's.
Once the look of a seasoned champion, but now the uniform of armies of private school flogs at over hyped festivals such as Falls and Splendour.
FWIW, the resurgence in popularity for classic tennis brands such as Fila, Diadora and Sergio Tacchini can somewhat be attributed to the vintage and limited appeal of many Borg and McEnroe garments by the newer breed of unoriginal football 'casuals'.
Dunno, the half-half has grounds to feel cool and unique – like the classic mid-2000s stripe – but it just doesn't seem that notable to me because it's either in ugly ass and try hard pink and black or it's bland black and grey. It would have been good if they'd invested in a few different colour combos but they just haven't.
The demise of Nike is complete.Federer has left Nike for Uniqlo. Bit like seeing a 300 game player in a different club's guernsey for the first time.

Wowwww.
Uniqlo suck too. Well the socks are a decent value and plenty of colours and the tees are fine but their shirts and pants are basically made for Asians with a 26" waist and no shoulders (I'm a unit). Their tennis stuff also has the similarly 'too tight, too long' thing as well. Fed usually wore the best of the Nike gear as well so it's a big surprise.
Just on this, I wonder what the biggest ever sponsor swap has been for an individual?
