It's because the hurt little bitch felt like Duryea unfairly marked the ball legally whilst he tried to hip and shoulder him mid air rather than go for the mark itself.

I noticed in the footage at final siren he had the lemon suck face on and completely ignored Chip acknowledging him. Would assume a captain and leader would suck it up and go shake hands, but form suggests he'll sulk for a few days then start sniping people on twitter.

Watch Mitchell and Walker in the last play of the 3rd. Walker wraps Mitchell up and clearly raises the knee in a corking motion. Noticed it at the game, replay confirmed it.
