Sad to see her go but I fully get there's only so much leave you can get from a day job and career. Bit of a shame we couldn't offer her full-time - she could easily coach the blokes and on last nights performance would be one helluva improvement on our current crop of assistant coaches.
I don’t think too many are sad to see her go.
But good on her for coaching a side with Erin Phillips and getting “AFLW premiership coach” on her CV.

Inaugural premiership coach too!
A shame the fairy tale of back-to-back didn't happen this year. That shouldn't minimise the effect Goddard had on the team to gel them together as a competitive unit, which paved the way for the first premiership.
