You were the first poster to identify that the person concerned was possibly a poster on this forum and gave out his username on another forum. Since your post nobody has identified the username (if any) that he posts under on this forum so the rules about using a posters real pictures haven't been broken.

The guy allowed himself to be photographed for use in a newspaper that beside being distributed across the country is also online so I doubt he has too many issues about being identified or has any hang ups about his appearance. Further, somebody with that haircut and a bodyful of tattoos would also understand that his appearance will undoubtedly draw attention and is unlikely to get upset about it.

Magpie Dan is a poster in Nicks, I am not sure he posts here, but if he does, you are breaking the rules about having personal attacks on this very loyal supporter, if that is in fact who it was.
