From the first game he's taking 4 options. Dogs 1-12, 13-24, 25-36 and 37-48.

Second leg he's taking 3 options. Geelong 49-60, 61-72 and 73+.

Third leg he's taking 4 options. Freo 1-12, 13-24, 25-36 and 37-48.

Fourth leg he's taking 4 options. Ess 13-24, 25-36, 37-48 and 49-60.

You just multiply the number of options you're taking in each leg.

So, his end result is 192 so he would need to spend $192 to get 100% of it if it paid out.

He could spend $96 and get 50% of it or whatever amount he wanted..

ahhh I see. thanks mate :thumbsu:

I've got:

Western Bulldogs Vs Sydney - Dogs 1-12, Swans 1-24 or Draw
Geelong Vs Kangaroos - Geelong 37-48 or 60+
Richmond Vs Fremantle - Either Team Under 12 or Fremantle 13-24
Essendon Vs West Coast - Essendon Under 36 or West Coast 1-12

Hopefully snag a draw between the Dogs/Swans as not many people would have it.

AFL Round 7 Quad:

Western Bulldogs: 1-24 / Sydney 1-12
Geelong: 37-60
Fremantle: 13-36
Essendon: 13-36

$12 (50%)

Yeah im fairly happy to leave the swans out altogether. I think Geelong is fairly safe at the 49+, id like to see what the weather is doing first. If its blowing down there I might have to put in the 37+. I think Freo sounds about right.

Dogs 1-48
Cats 48+ (depending on weather)
Freo 1-48
Ess 13-60

4x3x4x4=$192

Slight change :

Dogs 1-48 Swans 1-24
Cats 49+
Freo 1-48
Ess 13-48

6x3x4x3 = $216

I know it's not likely, but what if no one tipped Richmond with that margin?

Does the div roll over to the next week?

Yup. there has been jackpots in the past with draws and such things it just doesnt get the Hooplah that a racing quaddie jackpot does. I believe there was about $90K in the pool this week, I dare say some of that would have been from last week.

Is it legislation that stops them from offering this through the NSW TAB? Or something else?

I tried to open a VIC account last week, but it doesn't let you do it over the net when you have already have a NSW account, so I'll need to call up to do it.

Im not sure. I wouldnt think it would be legislation, its probably more that they dont think the market would be there in NSW. The same reason why you cant do the NRL pick the margins in VIC i guess. Im not even sure you can have both TAB accounts can you? I have a VIC one that I opened when I lived in VIC many years ago and if I need the NSW i just use the Wife's account. (not great when you have big win and wifey take large slice, not recommended )

I couldn't see anything on the site to say you couldn't have both accounts, and they allow you to select which state you want for the account during the sign up process.

I suppose I will give them a call and check, definitely not letting the boss anywhere near my betting accounts. (What betting accounts?)

Edit: That was funny when they interviewed your wife for the Big Six win. I'm sure she was happy to get a slice of the action :)

Yeah it was hillarious... Even funnier when I told her to go and buy a new computer and she came home with a Mac laptop...and a 27" inch extra screen...and 3 years insurance ...and a bag...and some bloody cable that she hasnt even taken out of the boxes yet 2 weeks later...$4500 FML:eek:

Tread with caution the Brisbane / Essendon game. Lions record is okay against Bombers. Point of note - brisbane have lost past 18 games without John Brown.

Also note that Brisbane are no where near as good as when they have Brown. They got beat by GC, who in fact got smashed by Essendon by 100+ points.

IMO Essendon will win pretty comfortably, probably between 20-40

As per my original note.
Although I feel Essendon will win, will be taking the spread of 1 - 48.
Have a feeling the Lions will rebound better after last weeks debacle.

The Lions will be competitive, Luke Power plays game number 300 and becomes a life member. They won't lay down, but I think Essendon have them outclassed all over the field

Let me get this straight. You would like me to worry about a team that hasnt won a game THIS YEAR and this very same team just got beaten by Keilor under 14s last week? Treading carefully in my opinion is taking them 37+ instead of 73+ which I have.
