And we're back. My favourite time of the year, in between the trade and draft periods where our new recruits will fill in the digits left behind by past Shinboners. There's some good ones to be taken this year.

Currently retired, guessing it will come back out if Boomer’s son makes the AFL.

The one that defected to supporting the Bulldogs?

From what I hear, Cooper will need to improve sharply to make the grade.

Pretty damn cheap for official stuff, Long sleeve Guernseys only $40!
Indigenous guernseys only $38 and looks to be all sizes available.

#41. Gordon Narrier

Ooh, I like this... Can see him replicating the feats of a certain other #41, kicking 23 goals in his first 3 AFL matches!

There's plenty of great numbers in the club, was giving #2 to Marley disrespectful to Schwass?

Your bound to offend some past player.

There's probably 3-4 real sacred numbers, I'm not sure #20 is one of those despite how much of a warrior he was.
I would have thought Schimma was a better #20 then Petrie over the duration of his career. No disrespect to Drew, but it has to be true.

As much as I love Dish, when compared to Schimma he's a very distant second in that head to head battle. Schimma stands up there with the best of the best to have ever represented our club.

#29 retired? Would love to know Peter German’s take on that.
Reminds me of when the LA riots happened in New York following Don Kings murder. You can sugar-coat it all you like, but in the end, a man was murdered under false pretences simply for doing his job - promoting big boxing bouts. And I don’t think that’s very fair.
