Yeah I do. But the comp will go for say 6 months, so whether he uses his holidays week 2, 3 and 4 or uses them week 4, 10 and 16 it doesn't make a difference to his lead. Now if there is a shitty wet day or he forgets to post one week he has used his holidays.
