You don't get infracted until the full ASADa reoprt is in. You can't be infracted off an interim report. The investigation is on-going, as ASADA have beefed up powers and want to nail Danks, and those infractions will come.

I can not see Hird and Co getting anything less then a life ban for this. If they did it would astound me. Its dead set apparent the AFL take player welfare extremely seriously not to mention if ASADA/WADA come back with a report that finds the club guilty as well. Like I have read, anyone who thinks the AFL are fools and don't do their homework, this statement proves not only do they do their homework they are perfectionists as well. Make no mistake the punishment of Hird and Co will be designed in no uncertain terms to act as an extremely powerful deterrent for any other idiots involved in clubs who think they should follow essendons example.

Oh look, the AFL is laying charges that Essendon coaching staff WERE injected with Hexarelin among other banned substances after all. In contravention of the Coaches Code. And bringing the game into disrepute according.

Looks like that Wayne Carey bloke was right the other week after all hey.

To be fair, at no point in the 34 page charge sheet did I see it refer to specific charges against a "Coaches Code" or that there is a specific charge for an official/coach being injected with it.

If Dr Reid's letter was dated 2013 it might been useful as a defense but if there wasn't action to assure him that the club was taking his concerns seriously then maybe there should have been a resignation letter at some point.

This charge sheet just shows how much of a danger this club has put there players in. Surely *essendon fans cant defend there club now.
