You are aware aren't you that positive tests aren't a prerequisite to prove anti doping violations?
Regardless of whether a positive test is needed, do you realise that there isn't a WADA recognised test for TB4?

It is not a delay, they were entitled to not answer questions.

I think you'll find ASADA aren't blessed with huge support staff and given the complexity of the AFL issues and other ongoing sports, they must have struggled for a period of time while preparing the case.

well mxett, if they were duped and they get banned, you can look forward to some players suing the club i suppose

ive already said i think its likely the players were given TB4. However Im not sure the tribunal will have the evidence to connect the dots required
No it was a delay caused by ASADA not at that time having the powers to compel the players, hence the backdating. They did not have these problems with AFL players, so don't expect any backdating.
but if Cronulla players had of cooperated and answered questions there wouldnt have been any delay
which reslted in delays

Again. No it did not, the investigation or process was not halted or delayed due to Cronulla players. ASADA were the ones that called off the interviews, not Cronulla players. Cronulla players had every right not to answer questions .
There was no delays at all caused due to the Cronulla players
