Ladies and gents- as much as their current administration tries to bury it, the Brisbane Paddlepop lions are a product of the merger between the Bears and Fitzroy.

Good to see the Fitzroy culture of fail lives on, albeit bastardised by the commercialism of Brisbane. The era of concession-aided flags is gone and now we see the true form of the team soon to be numero two in Qld.

How long till they merge again and the BBFFC becomes the GCBBFFC?
